Slow all the way down at our Hygge Retreat, where doing nothing is the ultimate goal. Immerse yourself in this cozy Danish vibe as you unwind in a serene setting. Enjoy leisurely mornings with coffee by the fire, indulge in soothing self-care activities, and embrace the art of simply being. We will have an entire property to ourselves for a fully restorative weekend.

Arrive at the estate anytime after 4pm and get cozy. Enjoy a few hours to explore the house, relax in the hot tub, take a nap, the choice is yours.
Dinner with the group will be a chance to nourish yourself with good food and great company. After dinner, gather at the fireplace, find a quiet place to read or grab a few friends to watch a movie. Your nervous system is starting to calm down. Take a deep breath and enjoy.

Awaken to the calm and tranquility of our home for the weekend. Take it slow. Coffee on the deck. Breakfast made to order. A hot shower or a bath. Give yourself the gift of a luxurious morning.
Once you've eased into the day, we connect with our bodies through gentle yoga. We'll be guided through postures for calming the mind and body, allowing you to release tension and restore balance.
Lunch will nourish and replenish us, then we will gather for the transformative power of a sound bath, where soothing vibrations and harmonious tones will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and tranquility.
Enjoy a few hours on your own. Ask yourself what you need and honor the answer.
Dinner tonight will offer a chance to reflect together on how if feels to engage in uninterrupted rest. What gets in the way? What happens when we give ourselves permission?
After dinner you can choose to stay up late or go to bed early. Hang out in the hot tub or cozy up with a book. Chat with friends or find a quiet space on your own. What do you need? Take it!

Wake up feeling replenished and reconnected with yourself. Take it easy. Savor brunch with the group and integrate the restorative practices that we've discovered.
We will gather before lunch to experience the gentle healing energy of Reiki, leaving you feel grounded, and centered. Once our energy is balanced, we’ll nourish our hearts bodies with lunch and connection.
After lunch you can choose to do absolutely nothing, tap into your creativity with our art supplies or bundle up for a refreshing walk in nature. Private 30 minute Reiki sessions are available at an additional cost. Pre-book this service.
With a 4pm checkout, we can really savor our last day on retreat. We'll head back home with a renewed sense of who we are, what we need and how to show up for ourselves.
