You’ll land at Dublin Airport and make your own way to Galway City by bus, train or private car. Wander the cobbled streets, have a coffee or a pint and absorb the friendly vibes of the town as we await everyone's arrival and begin The Exhale.

Once everyone arrives, we gather for a welcome dinner to officially kick off the best week of your life.

Wake up at your own pace and indulge in an Irish breakfast made with care. Hot coffee, fresh eggs and sausages and an opportunity to soak in the slow pace of life here. Take your time.

After breakfast we come together for our first Exhale Chat: a space for real talk—to consider what we need, what gets in the way, and how we can bridge the gap.

Then it’s time for us to channel our inner creative and try our hands at the potter’s wheel at Galway Pottery Classes. You’ll create your own hand-made piece that will be fired and glazed for you. Lunch is on your own. This afternoon, indulge in a nap or explore the winding streets of Galway City. It's the start of undoing the busy and easing into the slow life.

Tonight you’re going to learn a few steps of Irish dancing with a lesson at The Irish Dance Experience Galway (or just have a great laugh at yourself and each other!).

Explore the music-filled streets of Galway City tonight. Dinner is a group event, and then you can go and put your new dance moves to the test!

You're up early today, but for good reason. After breakfast, we meet our driver and start our journey through the breathtaking, rugged landscape of Connemara. We’ll explore Kylemore Abbey, visit a village pub for a local pint and sample abelone directly from the sea. We’ll meet folks preparing the most beautiful local food and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Lunch at a country café in Spiddal will delight.

It’s your final night in Galway. Check out the local pub scene, enjoy some live music, have fun! We're happy to recommend our favorite spots.

You've had a few days to adjust to the relaxed pace of Ireland and today is your chance to put that into practice. Breakfast in Galway City is followed by our daily Exhale Chat.

Next, it's time to make our way to Macreddin Village in County Wicklow for a taste of true luxury. Soak up the peace and quiet as you connect with the rhythm of life in the Village. Find a comfy chair to curl up in, read a book, go for a wander. Dip your toes at the Wells Thermal Spa. Your nervous system is being rewired to relax.

Dinner tonight is community experience at “Mama’s Table” in the Taverna. Nothing connects us as well as sharing a meal with friends.

Wake up for a strong coffee and join today's Exhale Chat. After breakfast at Brooklodge, we’ll reconnect with our driver and make the journey to Glendalough, a 6th century monastic settlement in a stunning glacial valley. Enjoy an unhurried walk through nature. Notice the space between your thoughts.

This afternoon we head toward the sea for a quintessential Irish experience. Enjoy lunch on your own in Wicklow Town. We will meet up at the Boat Yard Sauna, where we’ll let the heat of the sauna melt our stress away and clear our minds, then we take an exhilarating plunge into the cold, salty sea. It’s a simple yet powerful ritual, where the elements of heat and water work in harmony to leave you feeling completely rejuvenated.

Dinner is on your own. Unwind at Acton’s Country Pub in the Village, or grab a quick taxi to town for a bite.

Breakfast at Brooklodge, followed by today’s Exhale Chat. Now that you know your way around Macreddin Village, the day is yours to explore on your own.

Wander the Macreddin Trail, join a local painting class, explore the Avondale Treetop Walk, book a massage, facial or body treatment at the Wells Spa, or curl up on the terrace with a coffee and a good book. Soak up some history and culture at Kilruddery House and Gardens. Immerse yourself in the rhythms of the Irish countryside.

Tonight’s farewell dinner will be a meal to remember. The Big Table Experience at the Strawberry Tree will complete an extraordinary week in Ireland. We’ll sample the most delicious organic, wild and local foods created by a masterful chef. Head to bed early for a blissful sleep, or venture out for a final night of ceol and craic at Acton’s Pub.

It's time to integrate everything we've learned about ourselves, take a deep breath, and exhale. We'll have our last breakfast at Brooklodge, share our final Exhale Chat, pack our bags and say goodbye to our new friends. Hugs, smiles and tears will flow.

You’ll make your way back to Dublin Airport for your flight home, or choose to extend your trip a few days and spend the weekend in Dublin City!
