You’ll land in Marseilles and make your way to Arles by train or taxi. Wander the cobbled streets, have a coffee or a glass of wine and absorb the charming vibes of this delicious town as we await everyone's arrival and begin The Exhale.

Once everyone arrives, we gather for a welcome dinner in the courtyard to officially kick off the best week of your life.

Wake up at your own pace and indulge in a locally sourced breakfast made with care. Hot coffee, fresh bread and an opportunity to soak in the slow pace of life here. Take your time.

After breakfast it’s time for us to follow in the footsteps of Van Gogh himself and see the real life versions of some of his most famous works.

This afternoon, choose an unforgettable 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing at La Chassagnette, a Michelin Star masterpiece in the countryside, or enjoy a relaxed lunch in the village and explore the winding streets of Arles. The history, the architecture, the sunshine. It's the start of undoing the busy and easing into the slow life.

Tonight, take it easy in Arles at a local gastropub and enjoy a night out in town or a glass of wine by the pool.

You're up early today, but for good reason. After breakfast, we meet our local guide and start our journey through the breathtaking, picture-perfect landscape of Provence. Walled villages, aqueducts, and lunch at a quaint café or gastropub handpicked by our guide will delight.

When we return to Arles, enjoy a dip in the pool, have a drink, take a deep breath. You’re on your own for dinner tonight, so check out the local pub scene, enjoy some live music, have fun!

It’s Market Day in Arles. You won’t want to miss this chance to wander an authentic Provençal Market. Sample fresh grown produce from local farmers or choose a piece of artisan made jewelry to take home. Open a bottle of Rosé for a picnic lunch. Let those French vibes take over!

This afternoon you can relax by the pool, do some local shopping or explore the Alyscamps, a stunning necropolis right oustide of town. It’s our final night in Arles and we’ll have dinner at a sweet little restaurant on a quiet square. Get a good night sleep, tomorrow, we leave for the Camargue!

You've had a few days to adjust to the relaxed pace of Southern France and today is your chance to put that into practice. We’ll have a final breakfast in Arles, then it's time to make our way to Les Bains Gardians in the Camargue for a taste of true luxury.

Soak up the peace and quiet as you connect with the rhythm of life in the countryside. Find a comfy chair to curl up in, read a book, go for a swim. Your nervous system is being rewired to relax.

Dinner tonight is a casual gathering by the pool.

Wake up and enjoy a strong coffee and homemade breakfast. Once you’re nourished, we’ll head out for a late-morning horseback ride through the marshes, lagoons and beaches of the Camargue.

When we return, we’ll enjoy a late lunch poolside, then you can unwind by the pool, spend some time in the sauna and jacuzzi, or take a restorative nap.

Tonight, try something new at the restaurant or grab a taxi to explore the scene at Saintes Marie de la Mer, the gorgous beach town nearby!

We’ll have a leisurely breakfast at Les Bains, then we’re heading to the beach.

Settle onto your lounge chair, pull out a good book and listen to the soothing rhythm of the surf. Lunch and cocktails beachside.

Tonight’s farewell dinner will be a meal to remember. Our private dinner at Les Bains will complete an extraordinary week in France. We’ll sample the most delicious organic, wild and local foods created by a masterful chef. Head to bed early for a blissful sleep, or keep the party going at the poolside bar.

It's time to integrate everything we've learned about ourselves, take a deep breath, and exhale. We'll have our last breakfast at Les Bains, pack our bags and say goodbye to our new friends. Hugs, smiles and tears will flow.

You’ll make your way back to Marseilles Airport for your flight home, or choose to extend your trip a few days and spend the weekend in the City of Lights!
