$750 Deposit is non-refundable. A 50% refund (not including deposit) is available until 6/13/26. There are no refunds on or after 6/14/26. Travel insurance is highly recommended for last minute cancellations.

Total investments are as follows:

Shared room (early bird rate): $3849

Private room (early bird rate): $5499

Shared Rooms may have one queen or two twin beds. Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
